The Doves Nest is a delicious lunch spot with a cute gift shop to remember your travels to Waxahachie. Prime 115 is a first class dining establishment located in an old bank building on the square. The College Street Pub is just north of the square and is a quaint place to dine with a good pour of Guiness stout. The Ellis County Museum is on the square and has lots of great information about the town and County and is well worth a visit. We have two breweries close by serving up delicious beverages, Southern Roots Brewing Company and Railport Brewing Company. We also have a number of unique coffee houses in the downtown area including Fresh Market and the White Rhino which we include as breakfast options for our guests.The Waxahachie Creek Hike and Bike Trail and Getzendaner Park are both close to the Inn and great for outdoor fun and exercise.
